Jaydienne Fontejon, DPM
Jaydienne Fontejon, DPM began her professional journey as an undergraduate at the
University of California Berkeley. Her path continued to New York where she received a masters degree at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her doctorate degree at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Upon graduating, she entered a podiatric medicine and surgery residency with a credential in reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago, IL. She served as chief resident during her last year of residency where she assisted with the clinical supervision of resident physicians and coordinating dynamic schedules of clinics and surgeries.
Prior to serving as chief resident, she also served as student coordinator where she cultivated a learning environment and schedule for graduating podiatric medical students. Dr. Fontejon is board qualified by both American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and American Board of Podiatric Medicine (ABPM). Her professional interests include forefoot surgery and wound care in the diabetic population. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures through food, baking, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Scott Zimmerman, DPM (Retired)
Scott Zimmerman, DPM is a podiatrist with extensive experience and background in foot and ankle care. He has been in private practice since 1983. Being raised in
Michigan, he received his undergraduate degree from The
University of Michigan. He then attended the School College of Podiatric Medicine in
Chicago.
Zimmerman,DPM did his residency training at
North Detroit General Hospital. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the
Department of Podiatry at the
Oak Brook Medical and Surgical Centre.
He is also director of the Surgical Residency Program at the
Oak Brook Surgical Centre in conjunction with St. Joseph's Hospital of
Chicago and The North Chicago Veterans Administration Hospital in North Chicago. He is a Fellow of The American Professional Wound Care Association. Previously, he served as a site Externship Director and adjunct faculty member of the Wm. School College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science.
Zimmerman, DPM has lectured extensively to community groups at locations including Marion Joy Rehabilitation Center, Oak Brook Medical Center, York Township Senior Center, Meadowbrook Manor Rehabilitation Center and St. Joseph's Hospital. Some of the topics include general foot health, diabetic foot care, post stoke foot care, and prevention of pressure sores. During his career he has co-authored publications on multiple surgical topics, including bunion surgery and identification and treatment of post-operative complications. He has also been involved in research and publication of “Guideline for the Podiatric Office in Instrument Sterilization techniques; How to meet the OSHA and CDC; Requirements in the Office Setting.”
